Birth Doula Services

  • Whether you’re pregnant, navigating fertility, or considering adoption, this call gives us time to explore your journey and how I can best support you. All consultations are free of charge, this time is used to gauge if we have a connection and would be a good fit for one other.

  • I offer 3 prenatal appointments where we will discuss further intentions and goals as well as practice exercises and comfort measures.

These appointments include discussing your goals and fears. Practicing comfort measures and grounding techniques individualized to your needs. I will assist you in creating your birth plan and education on different techniques to cope with labor & delivery as well as common practices that take place during and after baby is born.

  • As soon as you hit 38 weeks I am considered “on call” and prepared to be by your side for when labor begins. I encourage all of my clients to labor at home as long as they are comfortable. I will by your side whether labor and delivery takes 3 hours or 30 hours. I will stay 1-2 hours after delivery, or until you feel settled in and comfortable to have alone time with your new family. If you are a birth parent placing a baby for adoption, I will be prepared to stay with you through recovery and help advocate your wishes to medical staff as well as support you through the transition of placing the baby with the adoptive parents.

  • I offer one postpartum visit when you feel comfortable and ready for visitors. We will process your birth and I will offer emotional support and further resources for Lactation and Breastfeeding help for you and your family postpartum.

Fertility Doula Services

  • For those of you navigating fertility, this call gives us time to explore your journey and how I can best support you. All consultations are free of charge, this time is used to gauge if we have a connection and would be a good fit for one other.

  • These sessions are a safe, supportive space to talk through your fertility journey — wherever you are in the process. We'll explore what you’ve experienced so far, discuss coping strategies, and create space for a trauma-informed, evidence-based conversation around the emotional and physical impact of infertility.

Please note: I am not a clinical care provider, and do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. My role is to walk alongside you with empathy, informed support, and compassionate presence through what can often feel like an isolating and overwhelming time.

You don’t have to do this alone.

Adoption Services

  • I offer free consultations for both birth parents and intended parents (together or separately). This meeting will help us gauge if we are a good fit for one another and how I can support each party in the adoption process moving forward.

  • I provide emotional, educational, and nonjudgmental support to both birth parents and adoptive parents throughout the adoption process.

For expecting birth parents, I offer support before, during, and after birth — including the option to attend prenatal appointments, accompany you to private adoption agencies, and be present for meetings with potential adoptive families.

After placement, I continue to provide postpartum support to help navigate the emotional complexities of separation and healing.

For adoptive parents I offer a safe space to discuss your next steps into parenthood and provide evidence-based educational support surrounding the complexity of adoption.

This work is deeply personal to me, and I’m honored to walk alongside anyone navigating the powerful and often tender journey of adoption. I offer sliding scale and donated time for adoption cases.
